D14 Houses
Goal: To bring a signature project with an innovative typology to the region.
Strategic Result: All sales were completed within just 2 months after delivery.
SGA House
Brief: To design a home that offers spacious and sincere living areas where the
extended family can spend time together and strengthen intergenerational bonds.
Strategic Result: With REDA's holistic approach, the project was presented with the 14th Western Mediterranean Architecture Awards organized by the Antalya Chamber of Architects.
GBA House
Goal: To complete the project within a very tight schedule, meeting user expectations and maintaining high quality standards.
Strategic Result: With a rigid planning discipline, supply chain control and rapid application, this 7000 squarefeet residence was completed on its schedule.
Rifugio al Faro
Goal: To re-interpret an abandoned lighthouse and transform it into a high-end, short-stay accommodation facility.
Strategic Result: Contemporary building materials and furniture were reimagined within a spatial setup that reflects modern concepts of leisure and socialization.
S Resort Hotel
Goal: To demolish the existing hotel building and redesign the site to meet the expectations of upper-segment guests in the region.
Strategic Result: Room planning, distribution of social areas, service flow and the operation were structured with a model aimed at optimizing revenue per available room (RevPAR).
Perfume Design Atelier
Goal: To create an office layout that allows hybrid working in the post-pandemic order.
Strategic Result: A team of 30 people but only an 8-person workstation layout. Correctly interpreting
post-pandemic hybrid office habits brought the Perfume Design Studio a German Design Award.
TAGG
Goal: Contrary to the general design approaches one might encounter in any pop-up store, to create
a mysterious inner world aligned with TAGG’s niche stance.
Strategic Result: Space-brand integration was successfully achieved. While REDA’s typological
architectural style of simplicity visually expressed itself, functionality was felt in line with TAGG’s brand vision.
ABT Construction Office
Goal: To develop a spatial strategy with an office design that centralizes operations, accelerates project approval processes, and strengthens the coordination of the management team.
Strategic Result: Today, approval processes are faster, management works in harmony, clients enjoy an experience beyond their expectations, operational costs have been minimized, and ABT Construction has further elevated its corporate identity.
Demiröz Group Office
Goal: To create a prestigious working environment for Demiröz, a well-established family company that produces large-scale, reputable projects in the region.
Strategic Result: A strong visual identity was achieved—one that elevated the brand’s value to the top ranks of the industry, attracted the attention of distinguished partners and investors, securing a corporate sustainability.
D90 Sales Office
Goal: To create a narrative flow that leads the visitor toward an investment decision from the moment they step into the space.
Strategic Result: Rapid sales supported the project’s value and credibility while the reduction rate on the long-term promotional and campaign expenses became a significant outcome.
Vadi Istanbul Office
Goal: To bring corporate depth to a construction company seeking to renew its existing structure and image.
Strategic Result: The company’s segment perception in the industry was elevated, attracting quality workforce and professionals. The image of long-term stability strenghtened the company's position in the eyes of investors and stakeholders.
