GBA Residence
KPI: Completing the project while meeting expectations and maintaining aesthetic and quality standards within a tight application schedule
Strategic Outcome: With planning discipline, supply chain control and speed of action in on site decision making processes, this project with 7550 sqft of indoor space was completed on schedule.

Rifugo al Faro
KPI: Reimagining a derelict lighthouse and transforming it into an upscale, short-stay boutique hotel
Strategic Outcome: Contemporary building materials and furniture have been reinterpreted in a spatial design that reflects a contemporary understanding of leisure and socialization.

S Resort Hotel
KPI: Demolishing the existing hotel structure and redesigning the site to meet the expectations of the upper-segment guests in the existing tourism market in the region
Strategic Outcome: Room planning, social area distribution, service flow, and the operational model were designed with a focus on revenue per room (RevPAR) optimization.

Perfume Design Atelier
KPI: Creating an office layout that allows for hybrid working in the post-pandemic new normal
Strategic Outcome: A team of 30, but a workspace setup for only 8 people. Correctly interpreting post-pandemic hybrid office habits earned the Perfume Design Workshop a German Design Award.

KPI: To create a mysterious inner-world that aligns with TAGG's niche positioning, in stark contrast to the typical design approaches found in any pop-up store
