TOMOKA CASKS

Located in the historic Royal Exchange building, Tomoka Casks is an interior design project in London that translates the heritage of whiskey craftsmanship into a functional and refined retail environment. The design approach emphasizes spatial organization, creating a setting that enhances both product display and customer engagement.

The interior featuring a combination of natural wood, metal accents and the stone façade reinforce a connection to traditional whiskey aging and production methods. Custom shelving and display units are integrated to optimize visibility and accessibility, while strategically placed lighting highlights the depth and color variations of the bottles.

LONGBOYS BOROUGHYARDS

Located in Boroughyards, Longboys Doughnuts is an interior design project that blends contemporary aesthetics with the site’s industrial heritage. The design approach focuses on material authenticity and spatial efficiency, creating a functional yet inviting retail environment.

The exterior features exposed brick walls, steel fixtures and warm stone accents, reflecting the character of the surrounding Victorian-era warehouses. Custom display units and open shelving maximize product visibility while maintaining an uncluttered layout. Seating arrangements are integrated within the space to accommodate both quick service and a more relaxed customer experience.
